President of the firm, Lawyer Wu Yimin, is one of the first graduates and registered lawyers from China Commercial Arbitration Training Center of CIETAC, one of the first certified international business executives in the foreign trade and economic field in China. Lawyer Wu is the first professional lawyer of Shanghai that had successfully helps his clientele to win a protest case before the Supreme People’s Procuratorate (1997), and the only lawyer of Chinese that had successfully helped his clientele to overturn the decision of the Supreme People’s Court (2002). Lawyer Wu has been participating in the litigation and arbitration of many significant cases involving international trade, shipping and insurance, financing, engineering and construction projects, etc. Lawyer Wu is widely recognized for his excellent expertise in the areas of international trade and engineering projects. Lawyer Wu is now a representative of the No.13 People’s Congress of Yangpu District Shanghai, and a permanent legal counselor to over 30 business entities, either local or foreign.
